Toasted coconut chips Loco Brands introduced a line of premium Thai coconut chips in Origi- nal, Salt & Vinegar, Sweet Thai Chili and Chocolate flavors. The products are 100 percent natural and GMO-free. The company describes its clean-label Nudie coconut snack products with the tagline "as nature intended." www.loco-brands.com Alcohol-infused cakes Rum Sisters introduced alcohol-infused cakes in several varieties. The Keel Over is made with signature dark rum. The Bushwacker is made with coconut rum and chocolate. The Big O, meanwhile, combines a proprietary cake recipe with Irish whiskey and cream, while the Drunken Monkey is described as "eating banana bread with a bourbon kick." Island Time incorporates the flavor of crushed pineapple, shredded coconut and coconut rum. And the Twisted Sista features Kahlua and dark chocolate. The Keel Over and the Twisted Sista come in gluten-free varieties. These ingredients promote bone and joint health. www.eurocanproducts.com Low-sodium soy sauce San-J International now offers Tamari Lite 50% Less Sodium Gluten Free Soy Sauce, said to be ideal for home chefs trying to reduce their families' salt intake without compromising taste. Tamari Lite is brewed for up to six months with 100 percent soy and no wheat. The product is recommended for dipping and as a condiment, as well as an ingredient in stir fry dishes and marinades for poultry, meat, seafood, vegetables and tofu. www.San-J.com Three-ingredient strawberry syrup Blackberry Patch added 3 Ingredient Strawberry Syrup to its line of "fruit forward" artisan products. The syrup combines fresh strawberries, cane sugar and a little bit of lemon juice. The 3 Ingredient line also includes Blackberry, Blueberry, Raspberry and Peach flavors, as well as seasonal offerings such as Pumpkin Spice and Apple Butter.
