The takealong cups offers consumers a single-serving resealable package that fits in most car cup holders. Each takealong cup is 5 to 8 oz. in size. Said to be the generic equivalent to Mucinex D extended-release tablets, the medicine is an expectorant and nasal decongestant indicated to relieve chest congestion in combination with sinus congestion and pressure. www.perrigo.com Aloe waters LiDestri Food & Beverage now offers a line of ready-to-drink flavored aloe waters containing 15 percent aloe. Said to target the same beverage space as coconut water, aloe water is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and for the assist it gives in vitamin absorption, improved immunity and digestion. The aloe waters are available in two flavors: Mango and Tart Cherry. www.lidestrifoods.com Global supply chain software NSF International said it added a proprietary intelligent compliance engine to the supply chain food safety and quality management software TraQtion, formerly called Aspirago. The software can proactively scan and interpret data and immediately alert clients when a supplier, product or site is out of compliance. TraQtion continually runs in the background to check on processes and send alerts, allowing prioritization of critical responses; automat- ically identifies in-spec and out-of-spec products through testing and inspections; and uses dashboards to provide a visual overview of the company's quality and compliance program. www.traqtion.com Rosemary and green tea extract Kemin now offers a rosemary and green tea extract to help prevent degradation and oxidation and protect color and flavor of fresh and frozen meats. The extract helps to delay oxidation while also offering retailers a "label friendly" ingredient.
